Each of our jade bangles is one-of-a-kind and it is expensive and time consuming to list each one. Therefore there is a $35 restocking fee for exchanges, and if you return your jade bangle there is a 50% of the price restocking fee. Most jewelry and jade sellers do not allow for returns of jade, as there is a risk of damage that might be overlooked when a return is received. Any jade bangle that is returned with damage will not receive any refund. Shipping fees are not refunded, and if you exchange your jade bangle, shipping will be your responsibility. You must have an authorization to return your purchase, contact us using the Customer Support Ticket. When you receive your customer return instructions, please follow instructions exactly. Failure to return as instructed will result in $25 additional return fee due to cost of handling your return in an unauthorized manner.
